Santulan Creative is all about balance.

A: Santulan — संतुलन — is derived from the Sanskrit term for balance, emphasizing how alike to anything in our life, art requires balance to tell its optimal story. We foster the value of time, community, and authenticity in art — both for the creators and the creations. The path to an artistic career is often marred by creative burnout, resource constraints, stress, AND competitiveness. We aim to remove the stress from the process of creating & producing projects by approaching EVERYTHING with balance. Using our sandbox of creatives from low to high-tier, full service production capabilities, and knowledge on how to bridge relationships between clients & their audiences, it is guaranteed to be a simple process where the art comes first.

Q: What comprises the Santulan community?

A: Our community is made up of creatives who are the best of the best — in both mind and skill — in their fields. There are no “rules” to being a creative — just show us what you can do and who you are — we’ll take it from there. Our clients are integral members of our community, giving our creatives the opportunities they ACTUALLY deserve.

Q: What are our events like?

A: At Santulan Creative, our events are an integral part of our mission to empower artists and cultivate a vibrant, inclusive community. We curate a diverse range of experiences that bring together artists, creatives, and the broader public, with a particular focus on serving POC and Queer individuals. We host three different types of events:

  1. Santulan Sounds: Exploring music's universal language through live concerts, album parties, genre nights, and DJ events.

  2. The Shindig by Santulan: Our exclusive magazine launch parties in NYC & LA, bringing each issue's theme to life with art, culture, and entertainment. Celebrating artists, inspiring growth, and capturing the essence of each issue through vendors, DJs, live performances, and guest speakers.

  3. Santulan Socials: Uniting and expanding our community with art classes, dinners, gallery visits, and sound baths, all in a laid-back atmosphere.
